Founded in 1968, Meyer, Meyer, LaCroix & Hixson, Inc. (MML&H) has made a name for itself as a progressive consulting engineering and land surveying firm which offers a wide range of comprehensive services. MML&H stands for the names of the principals and founders: Jim Meyer, Art Meyer, R.B. LaCroix, and Dudley Hixson. In 1997, the firm's leadership completed an internal ownership transition between the founding principals to a group of long-term employees to form the second generation of leadership. In 2018, MML&H converted to a full employee stock ownership program (ESOP) and began its third generation of leaders. In both cases when the ownership changed, the incoming leadership teams chose to keep the original name of the firm to honor its long-standing history. The most recent leadership of MML&H is determined to embrace the instilled values of ethics, professionalism and reputation as the guiding principles for the strategic advancement of the firm.
"In over 57 years of continuous business and working for over 1,000 different clients, we have earned a reputation for client service, ethics, and quality work. We've built up the knowledge base and skill set to continue that trend. It's always exciting to build things, to solve problems, and help people, but the relationships with our clients are the best part. I always know that I can look a client in the eye and truthfully say that the staff of our firm has and will continue to give them our best work, every day." Glenn A. Turner, P.E., President and CEO
